We try to evaluate a product before we mail for it. But yet, there are times and will continue to be times where things happen.

So, I wanted to reach out to all of my subscribers to address an issue that is increasingly starting to plague online product launches.

And that is, the influx of “Overnight Gimmicks”, garbage software, re-hashed Private Label rights, and blatantly stolen products that are re-done and re-packaged as their own. All of this coupled with the lack of knowledge for the whole process is really starting to impact the industry.

Personally, I’m glad there is an increasing knowledge in the marketplace about these issues and am happy with the increased regulatory regulations being implemented and the whistle blowing by jaded customers. I know some of my colleagues have the same opinion.

That being said, there are A LOT of Legitimate Organizations, Entrepreneurs, Companies and products that are being adversely effected by all of the garbage that is in the marketplace.

I believe there needs to be more front end scrutiny when considering mailing affiliates.

That being said and in an effort to better serve this wonderful network as a whole, certain items will be required for us to consider doing a mailing.

1. The sales process must be proven and without error

2. There must be stats, meaning that all products will have been tested
and tracked.

3. There must be a sales page available, and it should be completed no later than 3 weeks prior to the launch.

4. What is your refund rate?

5. What is your optin rate?

6. Was split testing completed?

The stats are the most important piece. From there we can determine if it’s a match.

Finally, I’d like to know your thoughts, suggestions and gripes, so we can weed out the bad prospects and regain some ethical
standards?

We appreciate your support.

Sean
